This style has evolved as much as the beer scene over the last few years; a throwback that came back and transformed into something new. With our latest iteration of it, we've tread the tightrope that forms the line between innovation and tradition.

A not-overly-engineered malt base lends clarity in both flavour and in the literal sense. Tried and tested Citra and Cascade deliver lime pith, tart grapefruit and grassy pine, and the addition of Zappa brings a touch of spice and tropical notes. Assertive bitterness cuts through hop oiliness, leading to crisp, dry and refreshing finish.
